We Welcome Gaurav Verma as DC4 at Delft University of Technology

The HELIOS – MSCA DN project welcomes Gaurav Verma to the team as DC4 at Delft University of Technology. Gaurav will conduct research about the Future Converter Steelmaking based on Hydrogen-Reduced DRI. He will be working on mathematical modelling for Steel Making using hydrogen-reduced DRI at TU Delft in collaboration with Tata Steel Netherlands and Heraeus Electro-Nite Belgium.

Gaurav is an experienced Materials Scientist with an interest in breakthrough technology solutions in Process Engineering. With experience in core materials engineering, he is passionate about green steel-making technology.

Gaurav has earlier worked with organizations like the Indian Space Research Organization and TATA STEEL. He has graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Mumbai, and has been working in the materials and manufacturing industry for the last 3 years.
