The HELIOS – MSCA DN project welcomes Pritish Nayak to the team as DC2 at Delft University of Technology. Pritish will take on research about “Carburization and melting behaviour of hydrogen-based direct reduced iron”.
His work aims to provide valuable insights into the melting of H-DRI to produce liquid steel directly or prepare hot metal for the existing BOF process.
Pritish is a metallurgical engineer with six years of research experience in steelmaking. He is passionate about sustainability and advancing green technologies within the steel industry.
